We’re hiring a care co-ordinator (scheduler) in our Wexford office!

Our local office in Wexford is currently looking to recruit a Scheduler to join our Staff & Client Coordination Team. Please see the details of the role below:

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating CAREGiver schedules in order to ensure all clients’ needs are exceeded. 
  • Ensuring that the highest quality of care is delivered to all clients.
  • Assisting with all client and staffing related issues.
  • Networking and building relationships with our clients, their families and our team of approximately 160 CAREGivers.
  • Ensuring all Home Instead’s policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Being fully compliant with internal operational and audit procedures of Home Instead.
  • Communicating client and CAREGiver concerns or problems as appropriate.
  • Dealing with client/care issues of concern and complaints.
  • Dealing with client/CAREGiver incidents/accidents.
  • Conducting, coordinating and managing client and CAREGiver introductions.
  •  Assisting with office administration duties, networking and marketing.
  • Participate in our out-of-hours on-call emergency phone on a rotational basis.
