The Directors of Public Health Nursing Community Health Organisation Dublin North City and County (CHO DNCC) are delighted to announce that the 3rd annual welcome event for our newly qualifying Public Health Nurses and to acknowledge and thank our Public Health Nurses who have given their time as Preceptors to our Student PHN’s over the past year.
The PHN Preceptor of the Year, jointly sponsored by Home Instead Senior Care Dublin West, Swords and Fairview will be given to the Preceptor who in the opinion of the Student PHN has inspired and motivated them to reach their full potential.
A Summer BBQ will be held in the Gibson Hotel, Dublin and all Preceptors and Newly Qualifying PHN’s will be invited along with the 3 Nurse Management Teams, Chief Officer, General Manager, Head of HR and Head of Primary Care from DNCC. Representatives from the Higher Education Institutes, the Nursing and Midwifery Board, ONMSD and NMPDU will also be invited to attend this event.
Directors of Public Health Nursing including Essene Cassidy, DPHN Dublin North West, Brenda Horgan, I/DPHN Dublin North Central and Gonne Barry, Dublin North said this annual event and award is intended to recognise and acknowledge the vital and essential work of our Preceptors.
