  • Suzanne Ryan – General Manager

    Suzanne Ryan – General Manager

    Suzanne heads up the office in Galway having previously worked in Consumer Marketing, Education and Healthcare sectors. She loves the diversity that the role offers and is heavily reliant on the wonderful team of CAREGivers and staff in the office who deal with Clients and their families daily. She holds MBA, MBS and Health Science qualifications and manages a busy household outside of work. 

  • Carolyn Naughton – Service Delivery & Training Manager

    Carolyn Naughton – Service Delivery & Training Manager

    Carolyn has Commerce Degree from NUI Galway and started with Home Instead Senior Care in 2015. Carolyn is from Knocknacarra in Galway. Carolyn has taken on the role as Service Delivery and Training Manager, where she endeavours to provide the highest quality of customer service on a daily basis.

  • Erin Bohan - Client Care Manager

    Erin Bohan - Client Care Manager

    Erin Bohan is the Client Care Manager of Home Instead Senior Care. Erin has a vast knowledge in Home Care Services with seven years of experience in all aspects of home care services. She has great empathy for Clients, Client families and CAREGivers given her extensive experience in the field.

  • Siobhan McGrath – Client Care Ambassador

    Siobhan McGrath – Client Care Ambassador

    Siobhan is the longest standing member of the Galway team. Siobhan joined the team in 2008 as scheduler and moved into Client Care in 2013. She most recently studied a diploma in Social Gerontology in NUI Galway. Siobhan is married with three children and one grandchild. 

  • Tara Gavin – Scheduling Coordinator

    Tara Gavin – Scheduling Coordinator

    Tara has worked with Home Instead since June 2016. Born and raised in Galway City, her role within the company is ideal as she looks after the schedules for the City Centre. Previous to joining the Home Instead Team, Tara has over five years’ experience in the hospitality sector and a Bachelor of Business in Event Management.

  • Maria Munnelly – Scheduling Coordinator

    Maria Munnelly – Scheduling Coordinator

    Maria has been a Scheduling Coordinator with Home Instead since April 2017. Originally from Geesala in County Mayo, Maria has lived in Galway for seven years. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and manages the schedules for West County Galway.

  • Sarah Sherlock – Scheduling Coordinator

    Sarah Sherlock – Scheduling Coordinator

    Sarah joined the Home Instead team in 2016 and is a Scheduling Coordinator for the East County Galway. Sarah has previous experience in Business Management. She enjoys the busy atmosphere working in Home Instead, and enjoys when she gets out to meet her clients.

  • Bernie Dillon – Payroll & Finance Coordinator

    Bernie Dillon – Payroll & Finance Coordinator

    Bernie joined the Home Instead team in January 2012 and is the Billing and Payroll Coordinator in our office. She has previous experience in Banking, Private companies and with the county council. Bernie has a Medical Secretary Diploma and is a proud Grandmother to three little boys.

    Sharon Prendergast – Company Accountant

    Sharon is from Peterswell in County Galway. She is a fully qualified accountant since 2003, joined the Home Instead Accounts team in October 2015 and is our Company Accountant. Sharon is married with two wonderful sons.

  • Nicola van der Walt – HR Compliance Coordinator

    Nicola van der Walt – HR Compliance Coordinator

    Nicola van der Walt is the HR Compliance Coordinator and has worked in the Human Resources Department since October 2016. Nicola is originally from South Africa where she worked in Human Resources in a managerial capacity for many years before moving to Ireland with her family in 2001.

  • Jackie Kane – Recruitment Coordinator

    Jackie Kane – Recruitment Coordinator

    Jackie has worked part time for Home Instead for just over 2 years and is the HR/Recruitment Co-ordinator. Jackie worked previously in recruitment in the HSE for 10 years and has a degree in HR Management. Outside work she is a busy mum of five.

  • Elaine Cunningham – Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

    Elaine originally hails from Galway City but is now living in Oranmore. She joined the Home Instead family in October 2015 as Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. She deals with CAREGivers daily in all aspects of HR. She has a BBS degree in Human Resources Management.
