Open the door to your future today

An exciting market
It’s a great time to own a care franchise in the UK. The number of people needing care is growing strongly, and will continue to grow for many years to come.
Home-based care is an increasingly popular solution to this need.
Owning a care franchise means you can make a real difference to people’s lives, whilst also making a difference to your own.
Developing your franchise
We’re looking for dedicated people to run our franchises. People who have a good sense of business but also a deep inner sense of compassion. Could that be you?
If so, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to develop a growing and thriving business – and you’ll be helped throughout by the comprehensive support we provide.

Financial projections
Whilst compassion is essential, strong financial results matter too. With access to detailed business models and funding guidance, franchisees are positioned for robust growth.
Many franchise owners achieve significant milestones:
- More than half of franchisees turn over £1 million a year.
- Top-performing franchisees reach much higher annual revenues.
- Financial projections for franchise resales depend on business size.
With dedication and the right support, building a thriving, scalable home care business in the UK is an achievable goal—offering both personal fulfilment and strong financial rewards.
