Home Instead Senior Care, Dublin’s leading provider of home care services, has reached the Level 3 Q Mark award, the highest standard awarded by Q Mark for quality management systems. This is the highest level of certification in the Q Mark.  To achieve this level organisations will have demonstrated that they are operating at the highest levels in the areas of Leadership and commitment, employee engagement, excellent business systems, processes and client experience, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Last year the home care provider reached Level 2 signifying a great improvement in systems over the last year. This award also reassures families in the local community who avail of home care services that the highest standards are being adhered to.

"Home Instead Senior Care has always been an advocate for standards in Ireland's home care market and the Q Mark Award shows our commitment to a quality assured home care industry and sets us apart from competitors. Based on population growth alone, the number of home care recipients may nearly double to 96,260 by 2021. This really heightens the importance of having quality management systems in place to deal with the increasing demand that will be placed on Home Instead Senior Care in the coming years", said Kay Daly, Human Resources Manager, Home Instead Senior Care Leopardstown.

Home Instead Senior Care was set up in Leopardstown in 2005 and provide care to over 450 families. The home care provider employs 200 caregivers in the local community who are professionally trained to help older people live a happy, healthy and independent life at home.
