Q Mark Audit results 2018 - Home Instead Senior Care Leopardstown

Home Instead, Leopardstown office was recommended for highest level 3 on its sixth annual audit.  Last year we were at Level 2, and were extremely proud to be recognised by EIQA for our excellence in standards and quality,  and as a finalist in 2017 annual awards.  

Our plan was always to reach Level 3, the highest standard awarded by Q Mark, for quality management systems.  This is the highest level of certification in the Q Mark.  To achieve this level, the organisations will have demonstrated that they are operating at the highest levels in the areas of Leadership and commitment, employee engagement, excellent business systems, processes and client experience, with a focus on continuous improvement
