Home Instead Senior Care Leopardstown provide their “Proud to Be Dementia Friendly” Training

    To Specsavers staff from several Dublin Stores

As part of our commitment to raising awareness of Alzheimer’s and Dementia in the business community, Home Instead Senior Care Leopardstown brought their Proud to be Dementia Friendly workshop to Specsavers Audiologists and Opticians in Stillorgan.  Staff from several Specsavers stores joined them on the evening.  The workshop helped staff to learn about the challenges faced by people with a dementia and their families and to provide an empathic and caring environment in which to have their eyesight and hearing checked.
