Successful applicants will ‘cocoon’ with an older person, providing them with daily care assistance as required.

You will ‘live in’ the older person’s home for a period of approximately eight weeks.

While you would be required to remain in the older person’s home your working hours would be 49 hours per week.

You will receive support and guidance from your care manager, and have access to a 24-hour helpline.

Experienced applicants should have worked in health care, with children, adults, or seniors. They should have QQI Level 5 qualifications in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.

We are also interested in talking to non-experienced applicants who may be considering a change in career. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to our CAREGivers.
