Individual experiences, personalised care
As an ageing population, we have an increasing number of people being diagnosed with dementia every year, including Alzheimer’s disease.
We understand that each person living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias has their own individual experiences and symptoms.
Our CAREGivers offer expertly tailored care, helping your loved ones stay happy at home with everything from companionship to live-in care solutions.
Our approach to Alzheimer's care
Our CAREGivers undergo a City & Guilds assured dementia training programme, delivered by our in-house Home Care Professionals Academy and which is Continual Professional Development certified.
The programme was created in conjunction with dementia care specialists. As a result of this expert training, your loved one will receive specialist Alzheimer’s care, supporting them to live safely, happily and comfortably at home.
Our person-centred approach provides Alzheimer’s and dementia care that:
- Helps your loved ones stay safe, calm, comfortable and happy at home
- Builds clients’ confidence
- Provides nutritious meals and activities to encourage good overall health
- Creates opportunities for social interaction
- Stimulates the mind
- Builds self-esteem
- Gives families a break from caring
