Dr Mr. Healy,

I watched part of the Prime Time investiation on home care but could not continue because I was so distressed by the contents. I attempted to phone RTE several times during the programme to say that all Carer organisations are not like the ones shown and to say how impressed I have been with the excellent, kind and professional care which my mother has had with Home Instead. However, I did not succeeed in getting through.

My mother has received the best of care and true kindness from all the excellent Carers you have provided and I was so contented that she was happy and well and that you have such stringent standards. It made my life a lot easier knowing how well she was treated.

I would particularly like to praise Debbie. She treated Mam like her own grandmother and they had a very special bond. She worried about her and gave her little treats, like manicures and pedicures etc. I would have no problem giving her the very best possible reference.

Stephanie was also extremely kind and attentive and my mother became truly fond of her, she was like a grand-daughter to my mother, practically a member of our small family.
