At Home Instead Senior Care our mission is to be Tipperary's trusted source of home care and home help. Our elderly care allows seniors to live at home longer than otherwise possible. Our CAREGivers are trained to prevent pressure sores, promote continence and help seniors stay fit and healthy by encouraging appropriate exercise and a healthy diet. Home Help services include expert arthritis care, palliative care, convalescence care and respite care as well as specialist Alzheimer's care and dementia care in the home. Home Help also includes meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, shopping and errands as well as non-medical home nursing care of elderly.

We believe in forming a trusted relationship with seniors and family carers and are committed to supporting and providing advice on senior care issues. Catherine is responsible for training and supervising Home Instead Senior Care CAREGivers. She has a wealth of experience in nursing and home care. She is also a qualified trainer of FETAC  Level 5 Healthcare support course and is qualified to train individuals wishing to pursue a career as a caregiver.
