Step 2: An initial chat
No matter how stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck you may feel, we’ve helped thousands of people through this before. We are here to help.
An informal, initial chat will help us get to know more about you and your loved one’s needs.
Step 3 : The home visit
Detail is important. We’ll visit you and your loved one, discuss their needs, the support they’re looking for, and explore what type of CAREGiver would be best for your loved one.
We take great care to find the best match for your family member.
We also carry out a thorough assessment of your loved one’s home, and recommend ways to make it a safer place to age.
Step 4: CAREGiver introductions
After we’ve selected the right support and brought them up to speed with your loved one’s needs, we’ll introduce everyone in a relaxed and professional way.
This paves the way for a great relationship.
Step 5: Getting to know each other
We know good relationships can take time. So in our CAREGiver’s first few weeks, they’ll focus on getting to know your loved one better.
Your involvement helps this process thrive, so we’ll keep in touch at every stage to make sure everything’s going smoothly.
